WHITE BELT
White Belt represents the beginning of your journey into the world of martial
arts. People begin training for many reasons, however, whatever your reason for
beginning, you will receive many benefits from your efforts.
The diligent study of martial arts will improve your physical conditioning,
flexibility, strength, and reflexes while developing confidence, concentration
and focus, and character. This system of training centers on a good work ethic
and honoring God in our training. As with all worthwhile pursuits, you will
receive the benefits in direct relation to the effort you invest.

Testing Requirements for White Belts

One Steps
1. Ready position, step back with the left foot to a right back stance double
guarding blocks; step with the right foot forward to right middle stance and
execute a right single knife hand strike at neck level. Perform a right pickup
sidekick at belt level, step the right foot down to a right front stance and
execute a left reverse punch to the mid-section. Step back with the right foot
to a left back stance, double guarding blocks. Left foot returns to ready
position.
2. Ready position: Step back with the left foot to a right back stance, double
guarding blocks; shift the right foot to a right front stance and execute a
right high block, triple punch combination. Execute a pick up lead leg round
kick, step the right foot to the left foot, step the left foot back to a right
back stance, double guarding blocks. Left good returns to the ready position.
3. Step forward to a left front stance and perform a right inward block with the
outer forearm. Perform a left, right and left triple punch at face level.
Perform a pickup left hook kick. Step the left down to a left middle stance
and single knife hand strike, step together double guarding blocks.
4. Step back with the left foot to a right middle stance, double guarding
blocks. Perform a left leg forward turning round kick, and step the left foot
back to a closed stance, step back with right foot to a left middle stance,
double guarding blocks. Right foot back to the ready position.
Hop change and repeat all one steps on the opposite side.
Back
